What Are The Requirements?
To secure a townhome at Woodford Station, you will need a credit score of at least 640, sufficient rental history, and an income that is triple the monthly rent. These qualifications can be met just by you, or with a co-signer that meets all requirements. It may take up to 3-4 business days to process your application and receive your application decision.

Once My Application is Approved, What Are the Next Steps?
You will be required to pay the Security Deposit within 48 hours of signing the lease agreement. You will be given contacts for the utility providers, and will be responsible to connect those into your name and show proof prior to move in.

Are Pets Allowed?
Woodford Station is a Pet Friendly community, where your furry friends are welcomed! Cats and dogs will be allowed with a two pet limit per unit. There will be a $200 Pet Registration Fee (per pet) with an additional monthly $40 pet fee (per pet).
